The LNHA will be responsible for the 5 Star Rated Skilled Nursing Center. This community offers compassionate person-centered care, concierge-level service, and quality-of-life activities while achieving high quality medical outcomes for post-acute and skilled nursing care, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, and rehabilitation services.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative team leader to manage our post acute nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a love of healthcare and geriatrics and a desire to lead this facility into the next generation of healthcare facility.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan and direct operations of the facility based on policies and regulatory standards.
• Full responsibility for all aspects of care provided to residents and for the facility’s     environmental  functioning, ensuring quality.
• Direct the hiring and training of employees.
• Direct the activities of the medical, nursing, technical, clerical, laundry, housekeeping,   maintenance, social service, activity, and volunteer staff.
• Optimize reimbursement.
• Administer budgets and ensure profitability.
• Attend meetings with staff, families and residents.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess an Active LNHA license (In California) in good standing.
• 3-5 years experience.
