Senior Housing Search is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing for a Long-Term Care/Senior Living organization in New Jersey. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote long-term care services within their portfolio. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness, drive patient admissions, and support the overall growth of their long-term care and senior living communities. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the regional team, facility administrators, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote long-term care and senior living services.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and target audience to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set clear objectives and measurable goals to track marketing performance and effectiveness.
Brand Promotion:
- Create and implement branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of their long-term care and senior living communities
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to communicate key messages and benefits.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to reach the target audience effectively.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, physicians, social workers, home health and senior living communities.
- Collaborate with facility administrators and regional team to support their marketing needs and align marketing activities with facility objectives.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and community outreach programs to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Referral Development:
- Identify and engage with potential referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, home healthcare agencies, and community organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient admissions through effective referral management.
- Conduct regular visits to referral sources, provide educational materials, and establish referral relationships.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or long-term care/senior living industry.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing automation software.
