Senior Housing Search is working with a privately held SNF/LTC organization in the mid-atlantic region that is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services. They have been in existence close to 20 years and have a terrific reputation.  This position will provide all local travel.

The chosen candidate will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the company and will provides leadership, direction and coaching through a management team within the company.

Is the champion for resident satisfaction working closely with staff to develop action plans to maintain the highest quality patient satisfaction scores.
Assures compliance with all applicable governmental regulatory agencies by directing all operations in a manner that supports the quality delivery of care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as Nurse Consultant in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting 
• Minimum of 5 experience with Survey Preparation, Mock Surveys, POC, and working with State Surveyors
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Able to execute new corporate programs, policies and procedures to accomplish best quality outcomes
• Strong team building and relationship management
• Proficient computer skills
