• The LNHA will be responsible for the Skilled Nursing Healthcare Center that sits on this campus
  
• The center hold a 5 Star CMS Rating over all metrics with zero agency usage
  The center has a track record and history of outstanding surveys-2025 annual survey yielded 5 minor deficiencies
• Very tenured and strong RN nurse management team is in place
• Strong 6 Figure Salary(negotiable)
