Senior Housing Search is seeking  an experienced and strategic Regional HR Director to provide HR leadership across 12 skilled nursing facilities within the Southeast. As the key member of our HR team, you will partner closely with facility leadership and corporate teams to support employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, performance management, and HR operations, ensuring consistency with their policies and values.

Majority of their 12  communities are in greater Atlanta with expectations to visit the other communities in TN/AL once monthly.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for Administrators and department leaders across multiple Healthcare facilities-majority in Atlanta
Provide guidance on employee relations, corrective action, investigations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.
Support facilities during audits, surveys, and inspections related to HR compliance.
Partner with leadership on retention initiatives and staffing strategy.
Support training initiatives focused on leadership development, compliance, and HR best practices.
Coach leaders on effective management, communication, and employee engagement.
Oversee HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS data accuracy.
Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and HR reporting.
Partner with payroll to resolve employee-related issues

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience, with multi-site or regional experience strongly preferred.
Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Experience conducting investigations and advising leadership on corrective action.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This will be a very strong 6 figure salary-They will pay what is needed to bring on the right candidate
